On Friday 19th September, London College of Fashion and David Downton officially launched the second Issue of Pourquoi Pas? at Il Bottaccio in Belgravia. The party, which brought London Fashion Week to a close, was attended by PQP favourites Carmen Dell’ Orefice, Erin O’Connor, Lady Amanda Harlech, Jasmine Guinness, Jade Parfitt and Dita Von Teese, who sipped Grey Goose cocktails and raised a toast to the aptly named Glamour Issue.
